Brazil Adopts Equal Pay Law
Although Brazil's Federal Constitution and Consolidation of Labor Laws already provided some protection for women in terms of equal pay, a new law adopts specific measures aimed at monitoring compliance with equal pay between people of different genders who perform the same job function.
 
 
 
UK Government Publishes Regulations on Holiday Pay Reform 
Following the United Kingdom government's announcement in May that it intended to reform holiday pay, the government has published draft regulations that will take effect Jan. 1, 2024.
