Deadlines Approach for Providing ACA Forms Applicable large employers are wise to prepare for compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) annual reporting rules for group health plan offerings. Statements must be provided to employees on or before March 1 and returns filed with the IRS on or before Feb. 28 or, if filing electronically, April 1.
