A judge for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in San Francisco ruled that comments made by Amazon CEO Andy Jassy about unions were unlawful. The decision is now pending appeal.

HSA Limit Contributions Announced for 2025
The annual limit on health savings account (HSA) contributions for self-only coverage in 2025 will be $4,300, a 3.6 percent increase from the $4,150 limit in 2024, the IRS announced May 9. For family coverage, the HSA contribution limit will jump to $8,550, up 3 percent from $8,300 in 2024.
 
 
 
NLRB Appeals Decision Blocking Its Joint Employer Rule
The NLRB announced its decision to appeal a Texas federal district court ruling that blocked its joint employer rule, which aimed at defining the circumstances under which businesses could be considered joint employers.
