Health care employers once again led job creation, adding 56,000 new jobs in April.     President Vetoes Resolution to Overturn NLRB's Joint Employer Rule President Joe Biden vetoed a resolution to overturn the National Labor Relations Board's (NLRB's) joint employer rule.
