UAE Federal Labor Law Amended
Article 54 of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Labor Law, dealing with employment disputes, has been amended to give greater powers to the Ministry of Human Resource and Emiratization. The amended provision shall take effect Jan. 1, 2024.
