JOIN NOW     NLRB Establishes Faster Timeframe for Union Elections A new federal rule requiring quicker union elections will take effect on Dec. 26. The rule from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) requires union elections to be held at "the earliest date practicable" and eliminates a 20-day waiting period incorporated in the previous rule.     Indeed's Pay-per-Application Pricing Model Will End on Dec. 18 The pay-per-application pricing model that Indeed announced with great fanfare last year is no more.
