Public-Sector Union Can't Require Worker to Pay Dues
A public-sector union violated an employee's First Amendment rights when it denied her request to stop paying union dues, according to a recent ruling from the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

EEOC and DOL Publicize Their Regulatory Agendas for 2024
For the first time in two years, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) published its regulatory agenda ahead of its anticipated final rule on the implementing the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) also released its regulatory agenda, forecasting the revamped overtime rule to be published in April.
