In a word: Don't.     High Court Hears Starbucks' Challenge of NLRB Standard for Halting Labor Practices Starbucks argued before the U.S. Supreme Court that an appeals court applied an incorrect, lenient standard when it affirmed a preliminary injunction against the coffee store chain.
