Australian Senate Passes 'Right to Disconnect' Law to Protect Workers' Time
Australia's Senate has passed so-called "right to disconnect" legislation to give employees the right to not respond to supervisors' texts, emails and calls when they're off work.

A new regulation in Peru clarifies the scope of an employee's right to five days of paid bereavement leave due to the death of direct family members.
