While progress has been made toward eliminating the gender pay gap, some groups of women fare worse than others, according to a new report. Overall, women in the U.S. earn 83 cents for every dollar a man earns. Electronic Submission of ACA Forms Due to IRS April 1 for Many Employers
Applicable large employers are wise to prepare for compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) annual reporting rules for group health plan offerings. Statements must be provided to employees on or before March 1 and returns filed with the IRS on or before Feb. 28 or, if filing electronically, April 1. Beginning this year, employers that file 10 or more returns must file electronically.
