Daylight Saving Time Ends This Weekend
When Daylight Saving Time ends on the first Sunday in November, nonexempt employees working when the clock "falls back" will be entitled to pay for that extra hour of work. Depending on relevant overtime laws, employers may need to consider that additional hour of work in determining employees' overtime compensation for the day and week.
