The National Labor Relations Board announced it will extend the effective date of its joint employer rule to Feb. 26, 2024, to facilitate resolution of legal challenges to the rule.

University of Minnesota professor of psychology Paul Sackett is the winner of the 2023 Michael R. Losey Excellence in Human Resource Research Award. The $50,000 award was announced at the SHRM VLBM. Sackett also will be recognized at the SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2024 in Chicago.
