Grocery Store Sued for Misusing EAP Benefit 
A grocery store allegedly subjected an employee to sexual harassment and then fired her after she refused to comply with an unlawful directive to participate in the company's employee assistance program (EAP), according to a lawsuit from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
